Polish heavy metal band CRYSTAL VIPER has announced the addition of drummer Kuba Galwas to the group. "Some of you have already met him and heard him play with us at the last shows in Spain, Germany, Czech Republic and Poland, so you know that he is a perfect fit for us," says CRYSTAL VIPER frontwoman Marta Gabriel. "We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the drummers who applied and sent us their videos and messages - you all rock," she adds.
CRYSTAL VIPER released their latest, eighth studio album "The Cult" last year via Listenable Records and earlier this year released a special anniversary album EP titled "The Last Axeman" which is a collection of new songs, re-recordings and cover songs and includes 4 songs from "The Cult" album recorded live in the studio. CRYSTAL VIPER also recently joined the official DIAMOND HEAD tribute album "Are We Evil?" which will be released later this year.
Last summer Marta Gabriel released her first solo album titled "Metal Queens" (also on Listenable Records), which is a collection of cover songs and a personal tribute to female hard rock and metal acts and female metal singers from the 80s, such as LEE AARON, WENDY O' WILLIAMS, WARLOCK, ACID, CHASTAIN, HELLION or ROCK GODDESS.
